I am a shamanic practitioner and energy healer.
The other roles I have in this life that might be less nebulous to you: I am a mom of 8, an ISA certified Arborist, and I hold an MFA in creative writing and a BA in creative writing.
I was drawn to energy healing and what I lovingly call the “woo woo” after I felt like I wasn’t making much progress in traditional talk therapy (despite having wonderful therapists that I actually felt connected to).
Energy healing gave me a new way to release old behavior patterns and reconnect with my body and soul. It is a tool for accessing the deep parts of yourself that may have gotten lost in the shuffle of this life.
It all seemed just beyond my reach and energy healing gave me a different lens to approach these issues and engage in the world in the way I wanted.
My goal is to facilitate and expedite your healing as you rediscover these Truths.
